     1. Final Rulemaking No Longer Requiring Not Valid for Hire Operators to Obtain Criminal Background Checks and Physical Examinations - 31 DCMR §1009.

Final Rulemaking Increasing the Stop En Route Charge (the charge to a passenger for each stop made after commencement of a trip not exceeding five minutes and not requiring a deviation of more than five blocks) From $1.00 for Each Stop to $1.00 for the First Three Minutes and $1.00 for Every Additional Two Minutes of Each Stop - 31 DCMR §802.11.
     3. Emergency/Proposed Rulemaking Clarifying That the Pro-Rated Quarter Hour Charge Associated With Waiting Time is $6.25 per Quarter Hour, Rather Than $5.50 per Quarter Hour - 31 DCMR
